Why I hate multi-level-marketing! (MLM’s)

The so-called normal way to earn a living in sales is to earn a commission for selling goods and services. No one has a problem with that except for die hard socialist and communists. This is the American way! So why does everyone despise MLM’s?
“Only the people at the top make money”! “I’ve never worked so hard and made so little”! “I got stuck with a garage full of over priced stuff”! “All my friends are avoiding me”! “This is just a Ponzi Scheme”! No wonder MLM’s get the bum’s rush from almost everyone now days. So what is wrong with something that looks so good when you run the numbers but in reality turns out so bad for most people?
The reason is quite simple, the system works too well and is ripe for abuse by people that think they are smarter than the rest of us and thereby think they have the right to all the profits of everyone involved. The “Gangster Mentality”.
How do you correct that without making it illegal to market goods and services this way? Like most industries, self regulation is the key. My background is in real estate sales and exchanging. We’ve seen our share of abusive behavior by the unscrupulous and underhanded real estate gangsters.
By dissecting the good and the bad features of MLM’s, solution will present themselves.

First the negative direction the industry has taken:
1. Over priced goods and services.
2. Over hyped marketing promises.
3. Hit and run business practices.
4. High priced entrance costs to get into the system.
5. Unethical management practices.
6. Poor public relations.
7. No community consciousness. (philanthropy by owners)

Second are the positive aspects of a MLM system over traditional marketing.
1. Potential for best prices on goods and services using the power of group purchas ing on the wholesale market.
2. Truthful marketing disclosures will empower a potential sales person.
3. Solid and stable management and accounting practices.
4. Low entrance fees and no purchase of goods or service required. MLM feature based on the groups software usage only.
5. Follow through training programs that properly prepares sales persons.
6. Enlightened press coverage based on real results and benefits to the community.
7. Ownership by a non-profit entity with a stated mission for use of funds to enhance society.

The MLM Matrix is the ultimate in financial leverage and should be used properly to let loose its full potential to accelerate commerce. Everyone would benefit according to their ability and effort.

BASIC

A Penny Earned

Spending correctly is the key to having the extra money needed for long term success. Keep your PLASH in your PayPal account for the beginnings of a nestegg. Remember, all Plizzel affiliate money is retained by the IMRs and Players. Plizzel doesn't profit from your purchases, you do.

Time

Using the Internet saves time and travel expenses. Both saves you a lot of money that can be better used. Time is an advanced concept in money matters. Find out how much time it takes to double your money. Then act!

Understand

Understanding means that you have taken action on the site including becoming an IMR and helping at least five other people on their way to financial freedom.

Some IMRs will already be qualified Grand Masters when they join our group but for the rest of the Players and IMRs, it must be achieved. This is applied for through our mentoring service and it requires you to already be financially independent.

Create

Residual income comes in many forms. Rental income after professional management, income from stocks and bonds, monthly income from the Plizzel Matrix, net income from your business with professional management and many other sources. This is basically income that leaves you with your time to do anything you want to do; financial freedom. The American Dream realized.

Mentor

Mentoring is the highest form of giving back to your community. Let others know how to do things you know work well. Help them get part of the dream. You won't regret it!

TerraFirmation is a real estate development company. You can learn how to get free land with very little effort. After the land is paid for, you can participate in the future development on your land with the adjacent land owners. Experienced developers have a master plan for a new and exciting type of real estate investment. Each lot will be a Motor Home playground. A large steel building will be built underground with a large front and back door for a drive through configuration for easy access. The room will act as a giant living room with custom features. These will be time-shared for maximum profit. The ground above will be joined in an association to develope an "Oasis" like atmosphere. This will be park like with trails and victory gardens. The clubhouse will double as a solar generator and water supply.

A good example of a higher risk Matrix would be the Terrafirmation Developments in every Matrix. While most of the Plizzel Matrixes take care of a specific category and a fixed amount to get the results that would last forever, the Terrafirmation Developments come with no such guarantee but each project can be evaluated using common sense and some simple math.

Several Plizzel Providers will be in each of Matrixes. Terrafirmation Development Company will be in each web site and Matrix. Special bonus concepts will be designed when either a Player or IMR gets involved with a Terrafirmation project. Special generic advertising and marketing Plizzel Providers will also be on each web site and offer a Matrix for their products or services.

A good example of this would be a Real Estate Broker that became an Independent Marketing Representative (IMR) using the Terrafirmation Matrix. This is a $100 per month Matrix, the largest per month unit within the game. As a Broker this would normally be the smallest real estate deal that they are normally involved with so actually it would be a good thing to do during the Brokers leisure time. This is also a great example of Weisure. To other Players or IMR’s, the Terrafirmation Matrix would be a little more difficult to deal with, but a great overall goal toward their becoming a Grand Master in the game. It is highly recommended that all Players or IMR’s get into the Terrafirmation Matrix as soon as possible.
